8X40 RIG MATS W/O SHACKLES

ALL cross members are full 6” I-Beam, not just ¼ “flat plate or angle iron.
- 6x6 or 4x6 timber blocks are used throughout, not 2x6 standard lumber.
- All timber blocks are routered on the ends to fit under the I-beam, for a flush top deck.
- Side lifetime eyes welded above and below for extra strength.
- Low moisture content timber blocks are used to minimize wood shrinkage.
- Normal moisture content runs from 25%-30%, however some can and will be as low as 19%.
- No.2 or better SPF or Hemlock is used depending on availability.
- Mats are built locally and assembled correctly with more time, care and attention.
- Our mats contain absolutely no Aspen or Cotton Wood.
